I had an excellent experience with their undercoating service. The guy was so thorough with my brand new truck. I mean he got every square inch underneath, inside the rocker panels, inside the hood, the bed frame. Fantastic job!!. Wool Wax says apply once a year but It's been 3 years since I had it done and it is still all there and Zero Rust The only place it rubbed off is where the dealership's lift comes in contact with the frame for service. It's an excellent product but the person who applied it did an exceptional job.

This was my first time buying a car at Ralph’s Auto Center, and I was beyond impressed with the customer service. I recently had a bad car experience a few months before I went to Ralph’s and was very hesitant to buy another car at another auto center. However, Andy was beyond welcoming and patient with us. Andy was very helpful, reliable, and honest throughout the process of buying our car. He understood our concerns and even extended our warranty to make us feel more comfortable with our purchase after the bad experience with our previous car. When we received the car we purchased, it was very clean and even had a full tank of gas! We will definitely come back to Ralph’s for another car in the future.

Ulysis is and always has been knowledgeable, friendly, professional. He treats you like family. He has great customer service skills and is always willing to go the extra mile for you to feel satisfied. He is patient and you never feel rushed or feel like you won’t be taken care of. Any time I have a problem he figures it out straight away. Ralphs is very lucky to have him and I'm very lucky they have him. I wish I could give him more then 5 stars. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and thats because of Ulysis.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Ralph's. Ulysses was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me that I needed shocks for my 2006 Toyota Forerunner just in the front and not the back, as they were still good. I appreciated his honesty. Ralph's prices were reasonable for the work performed. I thought my bill would of been hundreds more. I also like that they checked all my fluids and tire pressure. Not many places do this. I would highly recommend Ralph's if you need to have your car serviced.
